Following a trip to Bandol a few weeks back, Cigalon heads due North and in-land to the heart of Burgundy country with a visit to Domaine Chanson.

This promises to be another real highlight for us – as ever, the 4 wines will be accompanied by 4 courses of food from Chefs Julien & Christophe we’ve got our eyes on the grilled duck breast and Langres puff pie…

Aromas of grapefruit  & some floral notes – a refreshing mineral finish, straight and of good length.

Zesty citrus fruit aromas mixed with green apple and a delicate mint note. Subtle minerality. Taut and well-structured.

Delicate floral fragrances mixed with intense aromas of raspberry and a hint of spice. Delicate oak notes & beautiful texture. Long and refreshing aftertaste.

Beautiful vanilla notes, dense and complex with elegant tannins and subtle oak notes. Refreshing and generous aftertaste.
