BARANIS & PERNOD ABSINTHE PRESENT…
AUGUST 9th – 20th
C’EST L’HEURE DE L’APERO!
Deriving from the Latin word “aperire” meaning “to open” – l’apéritif is a drink traditionally served pre-meal in order to whet the appetite. Aperitifs tend to be moderately alcoholic, crisp, mildly bitter and herbaceous.
Whether followed by meal, or just drinks, l’apero moment is now synonymous worldwide with unwinding and having a good time.
So we’ve teamed up with our friends at Pernod Absinthe to create avery special souvenir aperitif menu à la Baranis with some of our favourite house drinks and some traditional classic serves.
Our celebrations will begin each day 18:05pm – 19:05pm with the infamous Green Hour and a complimentary ‘Green Beast’ – served from Punch bowls on the bar and then available for just £5 all-night.
