We saw a full-house really kick back for first ever wine dinner at Cigalon and we loved it so much that we’ve decided to do it all over again in June; this time focusing on four gorgeous, summery wines hailing from the estates of Chateau Coujan.
Situated on limestone hills not far from the ancient city of Beziers the Domaine Coujan is known for its unique position whereby vines are planted in clay-limestone soil, itself situated above a bedrock of fossilised coral making for excellent drainage and a great terroirs.
Alongside the 2 whites, 1 red and 1 rosé will be served the below menu of food pairings from Chef Julien Carlon, showcasing the best in seasonal Provencal cooking.
4 wines, 4 courses for £32.50
